Now there are some people who would tend to look at a fling as an act of morbid immorality given that its academic definition would be somewhere along the lines of a deliberately short-term sexual relationship between two people with no deep personal involvement and where just the sex and a bit of attention is required.

If you are one of those people, I strongly advise you to not read any further as it would only be a waste of your time. If you however consider a purely sexual relationship with no romantic involvement and one that doesnt have to last forever, to be an option to rejuvenate, renewing your energy and experiencing another kind of intimacy than the standard routine, then you might just be reading the right post.

Personally I believe that real attraction, physical chemistry, mutual respect and the desire to just follow your instincts are the true keys to what keeps humanity on the move. The notion that everything has to be accompanied by a set of fundamental emotions appears to be rather illogic and almost ridiculous in this context.

This is not to say that a certain attachment is necessarily unwanted. To the contrary: Becoming intimate is also something that usually requires you to know that other person to at least a certain extent if you really want to enjoy, it just shouldnt exceed the boundaries of a good friendship with a certain and special kick.
