Could be a shock start, i don't know... but i knew that some of european looking for a home settled in Hurghada or Red sea in general..  i dont say i have a big knowledge of all prices, but at least, i could cover such a deal with legal way to be safe, I am a lawyer, speaking few languages, and offering contracts in international language and real registered contracts.. 

otherwise, Lately law in Egypt,in discussion soon that they want to forbid that foreigners to own their property in egypt, so,... who bought a property should hurry up registering their contracts,(real registration) not just a (correct signature suit) cause such a suit is only saying that for that money the owner sold that property...but it doesn't give rights to be the owner of what you give your money for..
