These kind of forums are many in different languages. Unfortunately many women had a bad experience....  from Americans to Russians.
Is a big difference in both cultures that is why people who decide on such relationships should first learn, find out about the difference.
There are also articles online in which they warn women who are travelling to such a country (like in example Egypt) on holiday.
Women make big mistake by giving money etc, because I would never do that, I rather give the money to Humane Society then to some fake begger. But we also cannot blame women for spending cash on them etc, because a lot of these guys lie, in example that they their father is sick, or they lost job etc. These women believe in it and it's not their fault. They want to help them.
I read many stories about the women who were married to Egyptian men for years, and end up being used. Some men fled to other countries in Europe. Some went back to Egypt leaving a woman in big debt, they took loans in banks etc.
Is not surprising that they have bad reputation. Women by now should have their eyes wide open after many stories.
