HI THERE, AS A PADI DIVEMASTER, DISCOVER SCUBA TEAM LEADER AND APPRENTICE TECH DIVER,
I was wondering if the egyptian laws will ever change to make diving a safer thing to do in the Red Sea area.
Not that all dive centers operate outside there credentials/training programs....

About the Red Sea...

There are 45 coral reefs in Hurghada area. In the Red Sea you can find more than 50 wracks. The most famous one, "Thistlegorm" which was sunken in 1940, can be seen after 4,5 hour trip by boat from Hurghada (depth: 29 m). -- Edited by Instructor at 18:00, 2005-03-06
